This focused 3-hour session is designed to help prevent the “I wish we had thought of that” or “I wish we had done it differently” moments. With over 15 years of experience designing practical and highly usable spaces, I review your plans with both function and cost in mind.From optimizing mechanical placement (so you don’t end up with unsightly bulkheads throughout the house), to improving light-switch locations for better flow, to evaluating walkway clearances and room layouts, this session helps you refine your design so your space works beautifully in everyday life.Review Fee: $500
